Maxime Testu studied at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Lyon and at HEAD – Geneva. He recently took part in the Archipel residency program, in partnership with FRAC Grand Large – Hauts-de-France, and exhibited at FRAC Dunkerque in January 2021. In 2017, he participated in the 68th edition of Jeune Création at the Beaux-Arts de Paris. His work has been shown in Geneva, Lausanne, Brussels, Paris, and Dijon. He has also exhibited at the Salon de Montrouge and was a participant in the 20th edition of the Fondation d’entreprise Ricard Prize in 2018. In 2026, his works will enter the public collections of the Centre national des arts plastiques (CNAP). His work had previously joined the collections of FRAC Île-de-France as well as the Zhi Art Museum in Chengdu, China.
