Leïla Vilmouth graduated from the Beaux-Arts de Paris with honours in 2024, having studied under Ann Veronica Janssens, Hicham Berrada and Mimosa Echard. In 2019, she took part in her first group exhibition, “Espace de réflexion” at the Spiral Wacoal Art Centre (Tokyo); in 2020 in “La Totale” at the Moulins Sainte Marie and “100% L’EXPO” school exhibition at the Grande Halle de la Villette (Paris); in 2022 at Musashino Art University (Tokyo), at Café Reflets and the Jousse Gallery (Paris); in 2023 at the Air de Paris gallery; in 2024 in conjunction with the Lyon Biennale at Perrine Lacroix’s studio in “L’important c’est (vraiment) de durer”.
