Boris Kurdi’s work, focused on the practice and situational deployment of drawing, combines supports from the fields of business and services in which he infiltrates (such as drawings on envelope paper) with imagery referencing personal and lyrical influences from popular forms such as comics, political or commercial symbols, childhood signs, and antique objects. This extensive production of drawings gives rise to installations, sculptures, and animations.
